Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no supervisory responsibility.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the Customer Service Supervisor to expedite customer repairs and creatively resolve customer issues
  • Provide Repair Lab with Spare Parts to facilitate timely repairs
  • Maintain stock of the Lab Kanban inventory
  • Determine spare parts demands (monitoring & controlling of MRP) and create forecasts for serving global demands from customers (usually Harman distributors) and Service Centers and on-site service facility
  • Collaboration with Service Competence Centers in the US and Europe to provide parts supply data
  • Provide inventory control support for Spare Parts in the Customer Service warehouse
  • Monitor spare parts backorders and material movements and drive actions accordingly
  • Assist in planning special repair projects



Basic Qualifications:


  • “B Grade” Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (no accent)
  • High School Diploma and 5+ years of equivalent experience in a job-related function.
  • Must have working knowledge of computer operations and critical accuracy of work.
  • Ability to work under pressure, while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to assimilate information quickly, efficiently, and accurately from varying sources.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and external customers.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • The noise level in the work environment is within OSHA's standard requirement.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Assist in creating process flows and instructions.

  • Calculate figures and amounts, such as commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in an office in Tijuana, Mexico.
  • Willingness to travel 5% of time.
  • Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test.
