Senior Specialist (IT Projects)

 

Summary:

We are looking for an IT Project Specialist to support our multi-national organisation in the following areas: data migration, creation of completely new IT infrastructure for newly opened sites, support of site closings, supporting major technology changes (Windows-OS Migrations). The person will have multiple projects with timeframes ranging from weeks to months depending on level.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of IT-related projects
  • Communicate  the status of each project to direct supervisor, IT leadership, and stakeholders
  • Strong in recording Budget, Project costs, Project status, Project risks
  • Continuous improvement of project delivery quality
  • Meet with global business leads to review and update progress of projects
  • Ability to work as a Scrum Master or team member
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at a time

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in a technical area or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of information technology experience
  • 7+ years of experience project management
  • Deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile, any Agile certification will be a plus
  • Fluency in English
