Sr HR Analyst

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support division HRBP Leads and Rewards with data accuracy and validation for all LSA and MMQ variable compensation schemes
  • Conduct Global Grading, market pricing and develop salary structures as appropriate
  • In partnership with Lead HRBPs and Director, HR & Rewards, develop annual workforce plan; leverage insights to adjust future strategies and plans
  • Support preparing key analytics for the division’s monthly HR report
  • Responsible for the development and publication of Quarterly People Newsletter
  • Collect and organize pieces of information into meaningful and actionable insights using visual design and info graphics that enhances effective decision making
  • Prepare presentation materials to aid in the communication of HR projects, analyses, etc.
  • Deliver reporting and analytics solutions appropriate to meet the needs of internal customers (ad hoc reporting tools, standard reports, executive dashboards etc.)
  • Drive data accuracy for the division lined to HRIS and SuccessFactors
  • Ensure accuracy and data integrity of HR system through periodic review and audits
  • Provide support for all HR processes throughout the annual People cycle (e.g. performance, merit, target setting)
  • Practice independent thinking in managing work and projects
  • Perform other HR related assignments as needed

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of Rewards and HR analytics experience in a global organization 
  • Knowledge of compensation and total rewards programs 
  • Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills along with proficiency in HRIS systems, and spreadsheet and database software tools – with preferable experience using SuccessFactors, and ADP GlobalView/SAP.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables), Word (formatting, mail merges) and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and ensure excellent attention to detail
  • Must be an independent thinker and able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex topics and interact with all levels of management and associates, including HR colleagues and business leaders
