Quality System Engineer - analysis laboratory

Tasks & Responsibility:

  • Professional lead of Quality analysis lab staff
  • Operational lead of Quality analysis lab
  • Improve laboratory process based on ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.5 and Customer Standards
  • Technical lead of Analysis staff by organizing/keeping product and analysis trainings
  • Create/maintain Analysis lab procedures and documentations
  • Improve analysis process and reporting forms
  • Build up/maintain/improve Analysis stations
  • General operation of analysis lab(facility, extension, ESD, Health&Safety)
  • Plan and monitor Product audits
  • Analysis support for Highlight issues(analyse complex issues, involve Design departments)
  • Plan and conduct SW release
  • Participation in customer visits/audits
  • Technical support in NPI process
  • Support and analyze high priority production issues
  • Monitoring 0km and warranty reject analysis KPIs

 

Expectations:

  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • University or College degree in Electrical engineering
  • 3-5 years experience in manufacturing electronics
  • Experience in electronic product analysis or testing
  • Knowledge in ISO/TS 16949 and VDA 6.5
  • Good communication skills
