Process Development Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • P-FMEA realization (moderation) for new projects;
  • Specification and training of FMEA methods and guidelines;
  • On-site effectiveness checks of defined measures;
  • PFMEA Lessons Learned from Change Management, Problem Management;
  • Regular P-FMEA reviews for running projects;
  • Moderation /creation of Control Plan contents in accordance with the PFMEA;
  • Verification of Customer Requirements / Customer Group Standards;
  • Verification, acceptance / rejection of change requests, deviation approvals and production attempts (only in case of substitution);
  • Verification of assigned 8-D reports concerning P-FMEA relevance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or master degree in (electrical/mechanical) engineering;
  • Several years of experience in automotive electronics production area;
  • Communication level of English;
  • Knowledge of Quality methods/tools (FMEA, Control Plan, statistical methods…);
  • Knowledge of norms (IATF 16949, VDA, AIAG);
  • Willingness to travel.
