Preventive APQP Engineer - Car Audio

Additional Work Location(s) ​​​​​:  



  • Support the new product quality in product/process development phase (NPI), evaluate the potential quality risk/support to eliminate with effective countermeasure,
  • Creation and execution of document reviews and quality gate/maturity gate reviews with core team (development product/process and manufacturing team)
  • Assurance of product maturity level, if required through escalation and closure of open issues
  • Preparation of quality plans, quality reports
  • To participate actively in design phases of product
  • Moderation of workshops to predict the reliability of the product 
  • Execution of internal audits and assessments based on VDA 6.3 process audit standard, follow-up the actions with responsible partners (internal and external partners),
  • To take part in PPAP realization (fixing the PPAP requirements with customer if necessary) and coordination,
  • To be the interface to the customer related to preventive quality issues,
  • To coordinate the handover processes from the development to operation,
  • Support the customer specific requirements evaluation and implementation throught the organization





  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Communications Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in product (HW/SW) / process development phases, product manufacturing (production and supplier management) processes,
  • Experience in NPI activity
  • ISO TS 16949 and/or Automotive SPICE knowledge, VDA standards knowledge (focused on VDA6.3 process audit execution)
  • Prior experience in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) or Quality Control in a product engineering organization

  • Quality tools, quality techniques knowledge
  • OEM customer specific requirements or customer portals,
  • PPAP, FMEA, CP, SPC, CP, MSA preferred,
  • Willingness to travel
