German Payroll Group Leader

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead professionally the team of German Payroll Administrators and German Payroll Specialists
  • Process special payments for various group of employees
  • Communicate with external agencies, authorities, lawyers, social insurance funds
  • Create and maintain internal process documentation for audit
  • Take part in the recruitment strategy implementation, selection process
  • Responsible for the German Team performance, KPI, Dashboard data quality
  • Provide regular feedback on German Team Performance, prepare training and development plans
  • Support audits (internal/external) and operational inspections.
  • Part of the SSC HR Management Team

Basic Qualifications: 

  • University or college degree
  •  3 - 5 years experience in Payroll Team Leader position
  • Experience in German collective agreements
  • Fluent English and German
  • Analytical and high problem-solving skills
  • Intercultural skills
  • Precise, detailed oriented
