End User Services (EUS) Analyst

Role summary: As a local IT Site Lead you will be the interface between our Business Stakeholders and IT teams and contribute to the achievement of the IT and Business target.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Managing our Infrastructural services, e.g. Data Centers, Server and Storage Services, Network, as well as End User Services, including e.g. Unified Communications and Asset management both according to the ITIL framework.
  • As part of the Continuous improvement you need to identify and implement improvements to IT services that support business processes.
  • Taking ownership for all reported Major Incidents and run the necessary Escalations within and outside of the IT Organization,
  • Leading the local Site Admin teams and ensure the smooth IT operations,  
  • Contributing to the planning and control of the Local IT Operational and Capital expenses,
  • Partcicipating in our contract renewals and management (Maintenance, Leasing, Telecom, Printer) as part of the Supplier Management.
  • Being the local point of contact for our enterprise projects as well as participate in the Business driven ones and responsible for their (local) implementation.
  • Being responsible for Audit Compliance of our IT services and processes (ISO, Tisax / Security, SOX, IATF) as well as the CyberSecurity compliance of the devices we host in our infrastructure

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's /Master’s degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in service management/ system administration
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in people management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hungarian
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactivity and can-do attitude
  • Ability to motivate others
