Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility of the implementation / improvement of the COSO framework for operational risk in the Global Shared Service centers
  • Managing and handling external and internal audits globally
  • Performing Risk and Control Assessment, identify key risk indicators and the corresponding key controls as well as responsibility for the related monitoring activities including control testing and the necessary documentation
  • Support in the definition of the compliance strategy with respect to countermeasures for risks, i.e. type and leval of controls, best practices, etc.
  • External and internal reporting of all relevant compliance matters
  • Participation in internal projects such as process improvements, standardization
  • Execution of the analysis of processes, identification of operational risks and the introduction of measures to improve the control environment
  • Conducting workshops to review and update the documentation and controls, address and remove findings with process owners
  • Contact for internal clients (eg in the divisional Finance organizations, Internal Audit)

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 3 years work experience, such as in internal audit, financial auditing and accounting, consulting or risk management
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and processes used in multinational Shared Services
  • Strong proficiency in SAP
  • Preferred Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of COSO requirements and common international standards (IFRS, US GAAP) are an advnace
  • Solid planning and organizational skills
  • Very good communications, writing and collaboration skills
  • Problem solving and analytical ability
