BMS Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Hungarian BMS team and activities;
  • Develop and improve BMS tasks on a continuous base;
  • Drive process development with all process stakeholders;
  • Manage weekly meetings with full BMS teams;
  • Implement and maintain Lessons Learned sessions with all BMS process experts;
  • Develop the Hungarian BMS Team to the next level of process understanding/modeling;
  • Supporting Audits and audit preparation in cooperation with process owners and experts;
  • Train all relevant Harman functions on BMS usage and support process execution;
  • Manage and coordinate the Business Management System processes with the German BMS Team.

Monitoring and Control:

  • Direct report to PMO leader Europe;
  • Monthly report of BMS activities;
  • Tracking of BMS process tasks and BMS releases with JIRA;
  • Alignment of BMS content with Audit Team based on IATF 16949;
  • Regular BMS and process approval reviews;
  • Report identified BMS improvements.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Engineering or Business Administration (BA/Master);
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Automotive Process development;
  • Experience working with international teams;
  • Good knowledge in TS/IATF 16949 and ISO 9001;
  • Fluent in Business English with a high level of technical/process language understanding;
  • Tool skills: Microsoft office, JIRA/Confluence, Sharepoint and Stages (MethodPark);
  • Interested in being part of a advanced technology focused organization;
  • Ability to motivate and to communicate effectively;
  • Willingness to travel.
