Demo Gear Coordinator

Position Summary: Coordination, planning, management and execution of product demos for North America sales for Professional Lighting and Audio.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have any direct reports.


Job Responsibilities:  

  • Coordination of demo stock and inventory.
  • Coordination and Priortization of logistics towards demo requests.
  • Coordination of sales of older products.
  • Budget responsible for NA demo stock.
  • Responsible for product maintenance and upgrades of demo stock.
  • Misc. Project Coordination at discretion of PAS Lead.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Lighting Industry
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Office and new presentation formats.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a systematic approach and eye for details both in relations to data, text and numbers.
  • Able to handle tasks with both short- and long term deadlines.


Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Prior work in Rental Production House.
  • Prior knowledge or experience with FLEX Rental Software and SAP.

  • Willingness to work in an office in Sunrise, Florida.
