Sr Analyst, International Tax Transfer Pricing

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst, Tax (Transfer Pricing) will assist the Corporate Tax Department with operationalizing and monitoring the Companie’s global transfer pricing policies and ensuring that the Company has proper BEPS documentation.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

The position will not have any direct reports.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Transfer Pricing Manager with ensuring control and consistency of the transfer pricing processes and policies across the operations
  • Monitor intercompany pricing policies throughout the fiscal year and work with the Transfer Pricing Manager to evaluate changes in intercompany pricing policies as appropriate
  • Assist in evaluating global transfer pricing documentation and reporting (tax & accounting
  • Generate reports and analyze financial data from the Company’s ERP system using the BPC report writer
  • Prepare management services allocations and lead charge out of management services
  • Assist Corporate Tax Department with proactively mitigating transfer pricing exposures
  • Assist Tax Manager with examinations by taxing authorities
  • Assist in Advanced Pricing Agreement processes
  • Assist in monitoring legislative developments, including developments related to the OECD BEPS initiative


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar; CPA and/or advanced degree in tax, law, economics or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in the transfer pricing of multinational companies and/or experience in international tax consulting firms


Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:

  • Experience with SAP or other financial reporting systems
  • Detail-oriented  and willing to do hands-on preparation
