Supply Chain Lead 1

Essential Responsibilities:


  • Drive continuous improvement in process, system and communication
  • Ensure stability and continuity of Global Supply Chain Planning Team
  • Manage supply issues proactively by involving respective cross-functional teams
  • Develop suppliers to increase responsiveness and on time delivery
  • Track and trace supplier performance
  • Regional Coordinator , chair weekly meeting, first point of escalation for region
  • Ensure supply data quality to regions
  • First point of escalation for regions , planning team and suppliers
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels in the regions
  • Ensure on time and accurate regional reporting
  • Execute Planning activities for  high impact suppliers


Basic Qualifications:


  • 7 years work experience in supply chain or purchasing area, FMCG preferable
  • Strong communication skill
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of  planning and ordering process
  • Good at data analysis
  • Excellent knowledge in SAP system and desk-top software
  • Experience in Multinational company
  • Results driven with team work
  • Customer focus orientation
  • Self awareness and willing to learn
  • Proven supplier relationship management skills
