Job Responsibilities:


  • Monitor job progress by tracking job schedules, design/copy changes, communicating changes and job status.
  • Route review and approve process within identified key stakeholders to get consolidate recommendations timely for each release.
  • Ensure creatives are in place for production dates, DV, PV, SOP and Launch dates.
  • Conduct a daily audit to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocks
  • Elevate issues to manager when jobs are at risk, and plans contingencies.
  • Maintain records of elements, costs, and schedules of assigned projects.



Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience of project coordination, familiar with audio products preferred
  • Experience in collaborating with creative agencies and marketing teams
