Systems Analyst Supply Chain - SAP SCM

Position Summary:

You will deliver best-in-class services for a complex SAP system landscape. You will provide supply chain support and will be responsible for evaluating, designing and supporting implementation to existing and new SAP processes and configuration. You will coordinate new SAP supply chain implementations for projects, enhancements and issue support. You will insure a stable system and a continuous improvement to our customer’s satisfaction. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • As an SAP Systems Analyst, you will analyze current needs, anticipate future needs and help to provide solutions for business requirements for the SAP supply chain. SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP PUR, SAP PP and SAP PDM landscape.
  • Work with IT personnel to troubleshoot problems with SAP programs and offer technical solutions.
  • Write functional specifications, development of training material, process documentations and organization of training courses
  • Ability to analyze various business operations and needs.
  • Possess the knowledge to translate business solutions into systems programs
  • Review project requests describing user needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
  • Coordinate testing of programs or databases.
  • Work as part of a project team to coordinate development and determine project scope and limitations.
  • Conducts detailed analysis sessions with end users and business SMEs.
  • Define functional business requirements.
  • Suggests options and recommend solutions to key business users.
  • Troubleshoots functional issues.
  • Work with vendor project teams on implementation of projects.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computers, Information Technology, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience (> 7 years) of increasing responsibilities within a global, multicultural, multi-location organization.
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP PP, SAP ME. SAP SD knowledge a +.
  • Experience in handling Vendor teams.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects.
  • A global perspective with the ability to understand and work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
  • Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests, simultaneously managing conflicting priorities and business interests.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing, strategic projects as well as Application Development projects.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet project deadlines.

Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test, if required.
