Position Summary:

 

Responsible for improving the overall quality performance of the product we deliver to our customers.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

 

  • As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for 0KM concerns (mass production).
  • Responsible for maintaining and continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
  • Develop strategy to achieve quality goals.
  • Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data.
  • Support the Quality Inspectors, Technicians and Engineers to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
  • Preparation of QA reports.
  • Ensure development and maintenance of Control Plans.
  • Ensure PPAP submission process and approval.
  • Compliance with QRO pathway matrix.
  • Compliance with Quality management system BMS and QMS.
  • Compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ESDS 20.20.
  • Compliance with customer specific requirements.
  • Other activities as required by the Quality Manager.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS Technical Engineering Degree.
  • 5 years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years of prior experience as Customer Quality Engineer.
  • English 90%.
