This position is responsible of recruitment and employees selection.

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Conducts interviews for available positions, handles resume response, and arranges second interviews with department heads, as appropriate.  (supporting role)
  • Becomes familiar with all placement needs, and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of such; works closely with assigned departments to ensure their hiring needs are met.  (supporting role)
  • Prepares and posts notices of Internal Job Postings, in compliance with Company policies and procedures. Maintains company notice boards.
  • Conducts new-hire orientation, ensuring that appropriate paperwork is in order; follows up on any missing information.
  • Ensures that vacancies are approved by CAB or HTC as appropriate.
  • Attends the weekly meeting with the recruitment team to establish priorities, strategies and review progress in the processes.
  • Establishes follow-up meetings with Hiring Managers to anticipate, understand needs, review vacancies and priorities.
  • Supports and execute the recruitment strategies for DL, DVO and BC positions.
  • Promotes the branding and networking of the Company.
  • Manages the relationship with head hunters and follows up on them.
  • Performs the compensation analysis of the selected candidates and passes them to review with Sr. Talent Attraction Specialist.
  • Supports and execute internal and external recruitment events.
  • Keeps the hiring plan updated.
  • Generates A3 for job fairs, projects, petitions or recruitment strategies, as well as problem solvings when required.
  • Becomes familiar with Company’s benefits programs and provides information to candidates as requested.
  • Additional duties as assigned by HR Manager.
  • Compliance with IATF16949. Compliance with the specific requirements of the clients. Compliance of the Quality Management System (BMS and QMS Apps) and Compliance with the Environmental Management System.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar.
  • 2 year of related experience.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
  • English 80%, (reading and writing)
