Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform diagnostic and analysis process on products received from customers as complaints.
  • Provide initial root cause analysis on customer complaints for quality, production and engineering departments.
  • Verify the warranty analysis when required in order to evaluate and confirm correlation between failure mode and root cause analysis.
  • Evaluate the functionality of bench tester and devices equipment used for analysis.
  • Perfoms test in accordance to the product specificatios.
  • Implement quality system and environmental management implemented in the company.
  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through established communication channels.
  • Report the performance of customer complaint to the Quality System management for review as a basis for improvement.
  • Set meetings in order to present analysis results to multifunctional team and propuse solution to customer complaint issues.
  • Participate in problem solving and QRQC meeting providing technical information of failure modes found of the pieces analyzed.
  • Identify and define test processes and equipment needed for new projects
  • Other activities as required by the Sr. Quality Manager.

  • BS Technical Engineering Degree.
  • Quality System, measuring equipment, electronic systems.
  • 2 years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of prior experience in electronic diagnostic and analysis on automotive ECU’s
  • VDA
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
  • Computer knowledge (Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, LabVIEW, etc.)
  • Advance knowledge in electronics
  • Knowledge in CAN, RS232, I2C communication protocol
  • Software debug knowledge
  • Log  file interpretation
  • Schematics and layout interpretation
  • QNX interpretation
  • Embedded software knowledge
  • English 90%.
  • VDA 6.5 knowledge (Product Audit)
