Position Summary: Briefly describe the primary purpose and function of this position.

The Marketing Specialist is the ultimate team player to support the growing and evolving global marketing function.  The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success with hands on execution in supporting / coordinating / managing marketing and administration activities.  The role includes general marketing coordination (60%) and administrative portion (40%) providing exceptional administrative support to the Marketing Manager and their respective teams.

Marketing Coordination 60%:

  • Front line coordination of our marketing projects on process, PO creation, Invoice and approval support.
  • Management and oversight of marketing products including ordering, tracking and monitoring.
  • Coordinating meeting preparation; providing WebEx, videoconference and teleconference support.
  • Coordinate marketing team engagement outings.
  • Coordinate and support key marketing projects / tasks including work with outside agencies.
  • Involvement and support in corporate marketing projects.
  • Involvement and support in major Corporate Event Planning.

 

Administration Support of VP’s of Marketing 40%:

  • Managing calendars and making domestic and international travel.
  • Preparing and tracking T&E expense reports.
  • Provide function leader(s) administrative support as needed.
  • When necessary, assisting key team members in other geographical locations.

 

Basic Qualifications: List the minimum and desired education (including degrees, licenses, certification or registrations) and experience needed to perform the key responsibilities of the position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ experience as an Marketing Analyst.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Office and new presentation formats.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • An aptitude for learning and using new software tools.
