Position Summary:


Costing activities and delivery internal & external reports on time



Job Responsibilities:


  • EMS (finance claim validations)
  • Materials costing process (Raw materials, SFG and FG) (Audio or Connected)
  • Attend SQDC meetings (Audio or Connected)
  • Implementation of backflush automatically (Costing side)
  • Cycle times / rates per hour audit
  • Inventory cycle counts audits
  • Creation of cost collectors
  • Weekly and monthly analysis of main variances (MPV, Scrap, Inventory adjustments, Revaluation, MUV, DL, DVO, etc)
  • Controlling Scorecard
  • Month End Activities
  • Internal and External Reports on time
  • Support in physical inventory process
  • Support in Forecast and Budget process
  • Monthly Cost runs
  • Internal and External Reports on time
  • Participate in event and promote the continues improvement system to reduce
  • A3 / Problem Solving / Closed Problem Solving
  • Ensure the internal control guidelines based on policies
  • Ensure the reasonableness of the records and operations that affects the inventory, cost and manufacturing expenses







Basic Qualifications:


  • Knowledge and understanding in Costing processes
  • Experience with ERP SAP in modules FICO, MM and PP
  • Product Knowledge and manufacturing processes
  • Knowledge in control of inventory processes
  • Intercompany pricing
  • Financial planning and reporting
  • Microsoft Excel intermediate
  • Office
  • English 85%
