Job Responsibilities:
 Provide maintenance after-SOP service - troubleshooting support for high-rate warranty and B&A returns.
 Provide assistance to manufacturing plant with reported issues.
 Participate and lead efficiency projects for cost savings, submit and coordinate Design Changes Notifications.
 Assit more experience engineers in design and develop of advance audio electronics prototypes and produts.
 Participate in the engineering activity for assigned programs to ensure that products meet customer and HARMAN specifications, and that program milestones are achieved
 Designs electronic hardware for audio amplifier products or sub-modules to meet automotive OEM and Harman requirements, owning the assigned module design through the complete life cycle of the product.
 Prepares and maintains specifications, schematics, BOMs and related documentation during development.
 Participate in peer reviews for schematic and PCB layout design reviews.
 Works and participates in a product team environment, supporting other team functions: software, mechanical, process, test, and quality engineering.
 Use structured problem-solving techniques to lead issue resolution on a variety of subjects, e.g. component, validation, manufacturing, and customer issues.
 Perform circuit design and analysis, simulation, DFMEA, WCCA to ensure the design meets requirements.
 Troubleshoots/debugs HW using a variety of industry standard or in-house developed tools.


Basic Qualifications:
 1+ year of embedded hardware developing and/or testing experience.
 Undertand and practice the fundamentals of analog and digital hardware design and is willing to learn the design processes and tools.
 Ability to design, capture and read schematics and print circuit boards.
 Creative problem-solver capable of reproducing and fixing complex hardware defects.
 Working knowledge and usage of electronics measurement and test devices, operating instruments, oscilloscope, power supplies, signal generators, logic analyzers, etc
 Understanding EMI/EMC principles is necessary, able to troubleshoot hardware problems.
 Experience using CAD programs tools for schematics and PCB design, circuit simulation tools.
 Familiar with communication protocols like SPI, I2C, etc
 Detail undersating of electronic component technologies and capabilities.
 Good understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and methods.
 Formulate and design hardware embedded systems using scientific and mathematical models to predict
outcomes of design performance.
 Ability to perform well under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
 Flexibility to work on multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Shows character strength and personal integrity in all situations especially difficult ones.
 Possesses emotional maturity when interfacing with customers (both external and internal) and defusing
