Job Responsibilities:


  • Provide Sales / Technical Support to Customer Regional offices, Zones, distributors, and dealers to increase pull for Harman product.
  • Responsible for launch and T3 training support to ensure complete understanding of new Harman technologies.
  • Understand the vehicle ordering process and develop relationships inside the Subaru field organization to, directly drive sales.
  • Increase JD Power results through education and product understanding with new technologies
  • Represent Harman in field for all program execution matters. This will include interacting with various levels of customer regional offices, dealerships, distributors, and production facilities, to resolve issues and to help grow the business.
  • Create, release and maintain application rates for vehicle lines and regions.
  • Track and communicate part number, Hardware/Software build version, and Eng build files with Harman and customer.
  • Lead regular meetings to discuss open issues from the field and lead them to resolution/closure in quick manor. Coordinating with all cross-functional teams within Harman.
  • Analyze market trends and collaborate with OEM to identify new business opportunities.  
  • Assist customer and Harman team in troubleshooting Hardware/Software issues that arise in the field database issues.
  • Collaborate with OEM in researching future technologies to meet market trends.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical business, with a preference in Electrical, Software or Audio background.
  • 8+ year’s automotive experience with experience preference in Infotainment or audio systems.
  • Experience working on-site as a including familiarity with program terms, timing, launch and technical training.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automotive electronics knowledge.
  • Conducted large scale sales and technical training for Tier 1 or OEM
  • Infotainment / Connectivity / ADAS Technology background.
  • Navigation mapping and services experience.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • Negotiation and influencing skills pursuing win/win positions.
  • Clear thinker with excellent judgment.
  • Well organized with ability to prioritize.
  • Self-motivation/discipline is critical.
  • Drive for results, team player, change orientation, customer focus and self-awareness are critical.
