Position Summary:

Join the leader in professional loudspeakers and help us design and develop the next generation of cutting edge products. Our Professional Solutions Division is seeking an experienced and innovative Solutions Manager who will be responsible for the definition, development, management, and execution of professional loudspeakers, microphones, and wireless systems designed to bring unparalleled performance and use to performers worldwide.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:  This position has no supervisory responsibilities. 

 

Job Responsibilities:   The position will help lead product and solution development and management efforts for the Retail Loudspeaker customer group.  The position will have a number of responsibilities and authority for making decisions as described below.

 

Marketing (Product and Solution Development)

  • Gather market research for new/existing products
  • Work as a liaison between internal/external sales channels
  • Research and respond to daily product information requests
  • Assist in evaluating and testing products/software during product development
  • Work with the Solutions Manager to drive new product documentation as needed
  • Assist in defining retail pilot programs to promote user experience
  • Help in accurately forecasting revenue from new and existing products in the market
  • Generation of market/product reports as needed
  • Overall assistance in driving the delivery of the roadmap as needed
  • Monitor and report on the current global competitive landscape
  • Collect requirements needed for a professional retail system that is solution focused
  • Assist in product launches to ensure sales force readiness, accurate forecast and product transitions

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years Live sound experience with a focus on loudspeaker
  • 5 years Live sound experience with a focus on stage microphones and wireless systems
  • Track record of product development and management success
  • Deep product application knowledge and understanding of full-system solutions
  • Solutions selling experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Eligibility Requirements:  

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Willingness to work in assigned corporate, satellite, or remote office as required by posted position in the Northridge, CA campus.
