POSITION SUMMARY:  

An integral part of Global Professional Solutions HR team, the Senior HR Manager, Sales Operations plays the role of HR business partner to support the Sales Operations function on a global basis.  The candidate must work collaboratively with all business heads in across the countries and regions where Sales Operations is present.  S/he will combine HR expertise and thought-leadership for this critical role with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to deliver best-in-class solutions to the Sales Operations Business Unit.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • This position will not have direct reports.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:  

 

  • Work closely with the Sales Operations leadership team to execute and evolves strategic policies, practices and procedures to support business goals and company growth
  • Provides advice and direction to leaders, managers and employees related to talent development, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, succession planning, compensation, compliance, training & development and organizational design
  • Accurately interprets, counsels, communicates and educates directors,  managers and staff on HR policies and procedures
  • Partners with the business to support various HR initiatives
  • Develops and implements HR policies and procedures
  • Assists and implements with company reorganization as applicable
  • Comprehensive HR management and leadership in supporting a globally diverse employee population in both functional and operational areas
  • In partnership with Division Rewards lead,  manage the annual merit review process, target tracking, compensation analyses, and benchmarking activities within Sales Operations
  • Accurately interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate managers and staff on compensation policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of business HR activities
  • Oversee various HR projects and programs as assigned

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience
  • Relevant experience in managing HR programs
  • Project leadership experience

 

BONUS:  

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field
  • PHR designation

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.
  • Willingness to work in an office in Northridge, CA
  • Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
