Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources, the purpose of this global role is to drive the business forward through the development of accurate the timely coordination of human resources projects. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, improving all people related analytics and metrics and acting as a centralized contact and coordinator for human resources projects and tasks.




Human Resources Operations

  • Administration of HR process, procedures, and programs
  • Contribute to the development, improvement, and maintenance of processes, workflows, procedures and related documentation
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts
  • Ensure compliance of all Divisional HR Operations
  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings for VP of HR and the HR team


Project Analysis and Management

  • Support the VP, HR and HR team in day-to-day projects by tracking the status of projects, and escalating projects issues and tasks when appropriate
  • Develop standard operating procedures and process workflows
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials and agendas
  • Develop, distribute, and track action items in a timely fashion
  • Develop project communications for review and approval
  • Identify change impacts, project risks, and implement mitigation plans
  • Clearly articulate project plans including roles and responsibilities and project objectives for each project team member
  • Consolidate and distribute excel files and/or project documents to team members
  • Communication development and coordination
  • Other projects and duties as assigned


Human Resources Analysis

  • Provide monthly compensation and benefits budget forecasts, reconciliations, and dashboard metrics
  • Review, audit, and reconcile HRIS data to accurately to reflect changes, job content, job structure, compensation data, etc.
  • Develop HRIS and data/analytical related training materials and documentation
  • Other analysis as assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Business, Finance, or Human Resources;
  • Minimum of 1 year of data analysis or project coordination experience required (2 years of related experience a plus)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Proven ability to maintain a positive team player attitude and develop a collaborative working relationship with both internal and external vendors and customers
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills
  • Strong organization skills and ability to effectively work with team members to drive them
  • Proven ability to maintain sensitive and confidential data
  • Excellent attention to detail
