Position Summary:

The ideal candidate is a talented individual who thrives within a challenging and fast-paced digital environment. Your primary responsibilities will be in managing digital marketing initiatives for HARMAN Professional Solutions. You should be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, work with internal and external business partners, and manage deadlines effectively.

 

This position reports to the Director, Digital Marketing and will coordinate all activities of the digital marketing team, including but not limited to, audience development (paid & organic), digital design, lead generation / CRM, web analytics, e-commerce and social platforms.  The potential candidate should have a strong and diverse digital skill set and be able to provide cross-functional support to team members.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Intake & Planning – Work with marcom project and program managers to evaluate digital project requests; communicate requirements, resource allocation, scope, timing, deliverables and other details using marketing project management software
     
  • Day-to-day Management of Digital Programs – Create and maintain digital calendar of activity and content, ensuring total integration with platform, PR and content marketing.
     
  • Reporting – Create and maintain marketing dashboards and campaign performance reports for distribution to internal stakeholders.
     
  • Digital Channel Coordination - Synchronize marketing activities across digital channels including email, SEO, PPC/SEM, social media, display, retargeting, mobile and content amplification.
     
  • Digital Marketing Support – provide assistance as needed on marketing and website projects relating to content optimization, website launches, functional testing, and key stakeholder approvals. Measure project performance, mine analytics and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Self motivated, able to work independently with the ability to meet short deadlines
     
  • Ability to display a high degree of accuracy and attention to details
     
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadline structures simultaneously
     
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
     
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and provide insights on data
     
  • Diverse knowledge of digital marketing concepts and platforms
     
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
     
  • Knowledge of HTML and Adobe Photoshop

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
     
  • Proven track record delivering complex marketing, creative and web projects on time and on budget while maintaining effective team relationships
     
  • Two + years of experience working in a digital marketing department

  • Willingness to travel.
  • Willingness to work in an office in Northridge, CA.
