Job Description

Position Summary:

This position is within HARMAN’s Lifestyle Division EMEA, headquartered in Amsterdam. Job location is Kvistgaard Denmark. This position is responsible for driving and optimizing Customer Support Sales initiatives and processes for the EMEA region Customer Support call-center. Through call-center data statistics and analysis, perform reporting to Customer Support management. Identify trends and new opportunities.  The position is also responsible for knowledge content creation for all ecom support and the support of our customer service operations together with the Customer Support Specialist.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

This position has no direct reports.

    • Identify opportunities based on existing SFDC data
    • Build reports and statistics

    • Agent profiling

  • Sales Training and materials
    • Sykes (onsite)
    • Harman academy (agent certification)
    • Salesforce knowledge
  • Assisted sales ecom
  • Spareparts sales. Assist Spare Part manager with Online content of Spare parts for improved sales, promotions and new testing of new ideas.
  • Social media:
    • Drive and test new sales ideas via social medias.
  • Helpdesk operations
    • Forecasting, staffing etc…

 

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • At least 3+ years of Technical or Ecommerce support from similar business
  • High level knowledge in Excel and Word. 
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrix environment
