Position Summary:

The Customer Marketing Lead coordinates and executes the Customer marketing plans across Netherlands and the Nordic markets. This position is a key member of the internal marketing team that works closely with the regional sales team and central Customer Marketing Team. He/She interfaces with the marketing organization, external agency resources, and regional sales teams to implement customer activation platforms, joint retail communication activities, sales incentive programmes, coordination of sales promotors, digital programs and product POS online and offline across key accounts.

During peak seasons the customer marketing lead might be required to support with localization and approvals of localized assets for POS, media campaigns, social media and PR.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have any direct reports.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Retail Merchandising - Coordinate POP material implementation in relation to new product introductions together with third parties (merchandising & promoter agencies) Partner with Supply Chain Operations and Sales Teams for proper and in-time market roll-out. Responsible for customer data accuracy, shipping deadlines and implementation reports. Cultivate relationship within the marketing organisations of our customers (e.g. Media Markt, Bol.com, Power, Elkjop, Capi, BCC, Verkkokauppa etc.).

 

  • Digital Marketing – Coordinate the digital content planning, production, delivery/distribution and content review/optimization of NPI’s. Work with the EMEA Digital Marketing team and regional Marketing manager to develop content, production schedules, and content dissemination plans.

 

  • Product Content - Manage and review merchandise presentation on etailers to ensure the categorization, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate in line with New Product Introductions (NPI). Utilize content syndication partners (Flixmedia) and vendor media to build on-line category and product groupings as directed by merchants and key-accounts.

 

  • Activation Marketing – Support the planning and implementation of experiential customer programs and that activate sell-in, sell-out, fan-base growth, deepens brand engagement and generates interest in the product launches regionally. Work closely with the Customer Activation team to execute programs by excellence within regional key accounts. Manage the day-to-day management of the platforms within the region.

 

  • Content Calendar Management – Coordinate customer marketing program calendar with regional marketing manager to develop on-time deployment of content and assets

 

  • Sales promotors – plan and coordinate programme for and trainins for full.time sales promotrs and adhoc sales promtors tours in collaboration with marketing manager, retail partners, account managers and external agencies

 

  • General marketing support – ad hoc support for approvals and locations of online and offline media and retail assets, social media posts, press releases and products training presentations.

 

 

Basic Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience with demonstrated success in coordinating customer programs, digital and retail marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in execution of brand campaigns, online promotions, content development and retail merchandising.
  • Understanding of online principles and experience with Consumer Electronics market.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • Experience working within, international and cross-functional teams is a plus.
