Senior Manager Sales Controlling (m/f)

  • Manage direct reports, provide focus, mentoring & training, ensure team effectiveness and handle conflict resolution
  • Coordination of 5YP (five years plan) focused on sales and contribution margin (CM)
  • Leadership, ownership and coordination of group wide sales budget and forecasting processes
  • Provide and present monthly / quarterly financial management reporting as well as ad-hoc analysis
  • Support monthly financial close and ensure in time delivery of data including account review and variance analysis (Sales and CM)
  • Share of wallet modelling
  • Calculation and reporting of royalties expenses
  • Initiate, drive and support process and tool improvement projects
  • Develop and implement templates for KPI analysis
  • Assist in CBU program and risk reviews
  • Control and support commercial procedures/ sales process with CBU and Customer Support
  • Explain/control financial closing processes in internal and external audit cycles


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in an international (controlling) function, preferably automotive
  • Ability to work effectively in commercial environment and coordinating role with functional departments
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of/experience in ERP systems: SAP FI/CO, SAP BW/BI
  • Fluent English and German language skills
