Project Lead Displays (m/f/d)

Tasks:

  • As technical UX Project Lead, you will work independently and manage overall execution of display development programs including display components, HW, ME and FW.
  • Manage display schedule development, specifications, component release and quality/technical/industrialization issues for European customers
  • UX Team1 member, cooperate with program management, IF to UX cross functional development team and Harman development organization.
  • Work with third-party vendors, suppliers and external customers associated to display development
  • Manage internal development projects of emerging display technologies (like OLED or micro LED) in terms of technical realization, deadlines, costs and quality
  • Support Display RFI’s, RFQ’s, POC’s received from various OEMs
  • Monitor and identify risks and coordinate meetings with multi-discipline functions to address risks before they become issues (risk management)
     

Requirements:

  • University degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or Optics Engineering
  • Technical understanding of displays and related optical technologies.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a product development or program management role
  • Proven project management experience in automotive or aerospace industry.
  • Experienced in responsibility for project management of advanced technology products development and delivery
  • Effective communication, analytical, judgment, initiative and execution skills
  • Experienced in technically leading cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Willingly to travel
