Your Tasks and Responsibilities:


The marketing pillars for our Marketing organization are: Dominate Share-of-Mind; Experience technologies; Support Sales to win new sales pursuits.


The Content Marketing team is supporting actively those 3 pillars:

  • Create all content needed to impose Harman as a thought leader in its space; increase awareness of our technologies and services across our audiences; manage our website
  • Create virtual experiences that serve as a teaser for our Tech Shows; put in place the required tools and processes to digitalize our Tech Shows
  • Help Customer Marketing team to bring all the required content to acquire new business; strategize and organize our CRM efforts and our marketing automation


This role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Create all collaterals required by any other Marketing teams, e.g. movies, product videos, 3D/VR/AR content, etc.
  • Create, amend and improve PowerPoint presentations shared externally;organize trainings to increase presentation skills of presenters
  • Ensure that any marketing material shared externally has a consistent look and feel and is in line with the company guidelines
  • Implement any change of branding, guidelines, etc. throughout all relevant materials
  • Align with Product Marketing regarding messaging, product portfolio, etc.
  • Manage our agencies, evaluate carefully alternatives
  • Manage the Content Marketing budget
  • Define the Content Marketing strategy to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Define our digital approach on social media, web and our Tech Shows
  • Make sure that all updated content is stored safely and accessible
  • Promote the use of sharing tools within the organization
  • Report internally on usage of collaterals
  • Adapt the Content strategy based on usage and feedback from other Marketing teams
  • Manage our website, bring all required changes; track KPIs
  • Exploit B2B social media channels in order to increase awareness of our products and technologies
  • Measure our reach, and adapt our strategy based on results
  • Share and promote collaterals internally via various platforms
  • Drive our CRM strategy together with the Experiential & Customer Marketing teams in order to optimize our communications to our leads and customers



Our Required Skills:


  • Bachelor/Master in Business Administration and Marketing
  • 7+ years of experience in either an equivalent position, or in a creative agency
  • 3+ years in social media marketing and public relations or equivalent
  • Creative thinker, capable and comfortable generating ideas; proven ability to create unique and compelling positioning and messaging
  • Superior writing and editing skills and strong proof reading and grammar skills
  • Experience in measuring and reporting on content performance across multiple networks and technologies
  • Experience with social listening tools
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing content strategies
  • Proven knowledge of how to maintain and grow social media presence
  • Proven ability to manage effectively multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Used to work within an international team, spread over different countries & regions
  • Experience in the automotive and/or technology companies would be a plus
  • Native or business fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus
  • Willingness to travel
