Supervisory Responsibilities:


  • No direct reportees


Essential Responsibilities:


Managing Key Accounts 


  • Will be responsible for administration of day-to-day business operations, financial & inventory forecasting and planning
  • Will be responsible for rolling forecast and adherence of forecast by sales and supply teams
  • Will be the sales interface with supply chain and manage order-to-cash cycle, analyze open orders, manage backorder fulfillment, enable sales with inventory visibility and as and when required, shall interact with multiple teams to facilitate sales
  • Will also liaise with legal team for compliance, agreements etc.


  • Will be responsible for purchase order verification, corresponding material availability and timely supply of material from ZD to RD and other major accounts   
  • Additional responsibility will include creating a platform by which NPI launch and key initiatives could be tracked 
  • Will be responsible for creating a data information system which will capture last mile of sales 


Basic Qualifications:


  • Graduate, preferable with a business-related degree
  • Minimum of 8-10 years sales-related or sales support experience in the audio / electronics industry
  • Strong knowledge of key KPI of supply functions
  • MS office with exposure to SAP/BI (desirable). Strong written and verbal communication. Exposure to working in multinational corporation(s). Familiarity with common business terminology and jargons

  • Strong knowledge of the domestic audio market with key contacts/relationships/influences
  • Possesses excellent literacy, communication and sales skills at all levels
  • Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with executive management and senior figures either in dealers, customers or end-users throughout the region
  • Presentation skills are essential.  Must perform presentations to small and large groups of customers
  • Has the ability to be flexible and adaptable while working in a pressurized environment, maintaining good customer relations at all times
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, policies and procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Proven track record of accomplishment in ability to demonstrate effective teamwork
  • Track record of personal and professional integrity and ethical behavior



Eligibility Requirements:


  • Willingness to travel over 50% of the time, sometimes at short notice
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet project deadlines
  • Willingness to work in a Harman office closest to the respective region
  • Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test, if required
