Software Project Leader (m/f)

Responsibilities

·       

  • Overall responsibility for the Software Project Management of Car Audio projects
  • Planning, prioritization and monitoring of all SW development activities during the full development phase from RFQ to SOP
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Secure project execution according to Automotive SPICE and security concept according to ASIL A/B
  • Workpackage Planing and assign to team members
  • Professional leadership of a software team consisting of Software Architects, Functional owner and developers
  • Maintenance and further development of audio software systems 

 

Requirements

·       

  • University degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Software or system Engineering or appropriate graduation)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Software Project Management
  • Ability to collaborate with teams at multi locations and multi countries
  • Knowledge in terms of methodologies in project management and software integration
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development within Automotive and with SPICE
  • Good client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
