(Senior) Software Engineer ADAS & Autonomous Driving (m/f)

As a (Senior) Software Developer, you will work within Harman’s Autonomous Driving team, and will boost the research, development, implementation and evaluation of algorithms in one or more of the following fields, relevant for the automated vehicles:

 

  • Computer Vision
  • Perception algorithms
  • Localization, Mapping, route and path planning
  • Machine learning techniques for novel autonomous driving applications
  • Camera Vision technologies, specifically – but not limited to – Vehicle surround view systems


 

Your Profile:

 

  • Degree in computer science or a similar qualification
  • At least 3 -  5 years of professional experience in software development
  • Knowledge about any of high-level programming language like C++, Java or Python
  • Experience within navigation domain is beneficial
  • Experience with build tools and knowledge of NDS, GDF, RDF, OSM, MultiNet or other map data formats is beneficial
  • Experience in Gaming development, Computer Vision, or vision-based ADAS is beneficial
  • Good knowledge about the design and operation of Augmented Reality systems is beneficial
  • Self-confidence, high team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Must have worked as part of medium or large size team
  • English fluent written and spoken, German will be a plus
