You will work within Harman’s Autonomous Driving team, and will boost the research, creation and evaluation of systems in one or more of the following ADAS divisions: Surround view, front facing cameras, augmented reality and safety platform.


Tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, within scope, with the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction
  • Define scope of projects. Secure project resources and align priorities to ensure delivery success
  • Full responsibility for internal project management, coordination and reporting
  • Manages all project changes from customers or internal stakeholders
  • Ability to identify root cause of a problem, develop corrective action and lead team to resolution
  • Negotiate with internal and external groups, vendors and customers. Resolve conflicts between team members, departments and the customer where necessary
  • Prepare and conduct project phase reviews for reporting to Project Steering Committee 
  • Manage communication with Clients on Project development progress
  • Control and coordination of global projects for concept development to order confirmation to series maturity
  • Contact person for internal and external customers in all project phases, controlling the project stakeholders
  • Representation of projects in the validation and management bodies
  • Work closely with developers, integrators and quality engineering


Required Skills:

  • Completed engineering studies with sound business knowledge or business studies with sound technical knowledge and experience
  • 10 years of professional experience in the automotive sector. Must be comfortable diving into the details involved in delivering an automotive product
  • 8 years of experience in project management. Proficiency with standard project management tools such as V-Model and Agile
  • Experience in ADAS/AD products 
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong and proactive leadership and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a global matrix environment with a global footprint
  • Willingness to travel (e.g. to HARMAN locations in the US and Israel)
