Your Tasks/Responsibilities:

 

  • Owner of 1-2 OEM projects
  • Steering and planning of all customer meetings
  • Define stakeholders from HARMAN side for technical discussions with the customer. Moderate technical discussions.
  • Manage all customer requests
  • Structure, systematize, prioritize the customer requests and address them to TPO organization
  • Reporting to the customer (e.g., project milestone report, daily defect status reports, etc)
  • Generate items for customer-dedicated feature backlog and monitor it
  • Synchronize with other CPOs and CPO Manager in order to groom and negotiate priorities across the projects
  • Preparation of and participate in all OEM-HARMAN Management meetings
  • Pre-analyze and prioritize defects
  • Be fully responsible for all OEM projects managed by the team
  • Formulate product strategy and communicate to the specific customer. Must work with solution management for value streams and engineering leaders.
  • Triage customer tickets with customers / other domains and prioritize for the teams
  • Represent controller, engine and database in embedded, cloud and mobile products as one Harman solution for the customer

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or comparable
  • Broad understanding of navigation application with a focus on Worldwide Premium Navigation
  • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work hard
  • 7+ years of management experience
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Willingness to travel
