(Junior) Software Developer / System Engineer Diagnosis with focus on Tuner (m/f)

Your Responsibilities:


  • Design, Implementation and Bugfixing of software for diagnosis functions inside the domain Tuner, Audio and Video (C/C++)
  • Analysis of the diagnosis components with regards to quality and performance requirements
  • Close coordination with System and Software Architects (e.g. tuner, audio, videodiagnosis, etc.), the tuner platform and other departments
  • Integration of software components
  • Creation, processing and analysis of defects
  • Definition and implementation of automated tests in order to increase software quality and maturity of the tuner software components
  • Participation in diagnosis workshops together with the customer


Our Required Skills:


  • Master or Ph.D. degree in electronics, computer science or other relevant technical subjects
  • Automotive industry or other AutomotiveSPICE compliant work experience 
  • First experience in Radio Tuner / Receiver systems and embedded software development  (C, C++)
  • Experience in developing and debugging object-oriented software in a real-time, embedded, multi-processor, multi-interface environment
  • Experience in Digital Signal Processing would be convenient
  • Good analytical skills and good system knowledge of embedded devices
  • Good knowledge of software interfaces and architecture concepts
  • Good knowledge in UML or comparable modelling languages, operating systems like QNX, LINUX and development tools (Git, Perforce, SVN)
  • Good German and English language skills
