Sr. Engineer, Media Control

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop multimedia middle-ware component for automotive infotainment system on Qnx, Linux and Android platform.
  • Work closely with global team to deliver qualified product.
  • Understand customer requirement and manage project progress.
  • Perform across code review and related activities to ensure high-quality results.
  • Conduct unit tests, and write various documentations for software component.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Requires a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field and should have at least 6+ years of related experience.
  • Strong C/C++ and OO programming skill.
  • Familiar with multi-thread programming and multi-process communication.
  • Excellent with embedded system software development and debugging skill.
  • Exhibit great problem solving skill.
  • Excellent English language skills (fluent in spoken and written, hosting conference call in English across countries).
  • Successful experience in projects management, communicate with global team to solve showstopper issue.
