System Engineer - Car Audio

  • Define the system architecture design of car audio amplifiers and other electrical Audio devices
  • Perform design optimization and support VAVE activities to reduce the cost in BOM and BOL
  • Define the System requirement specification based on customer requirements
  • Define System architectural requirements based on System requirements and System architecture
  • Present technical solutions in front of customer
  • Discuss technical questions/solutions with functional disciplins eg. Hardware and/or Software
  • Take the lead role in case of technical challenges or failures
  • Train, coach and support stakeholder (e.g. Functional Owner, Project Leaders, Testers) on requirement analysis and tools
  • Create and maintain documentations required by workflows or processes



Qualifications & Skills:


  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ industry experience for Bachelor or 2 years for Master in embedded system designs, preferably in automotive industry
  • Broad knowledge of embedded HW and SW
  • Strong self-motivation and leadership in coordinating the team work of various domains
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with German language as a plus
  • Flexibility in terms of tasks and responsibilities under the work pressure of parallel projects
  • Self-motivated, passionate about audio and high sense of responsibility
