Software Developer Toolchain Support

Position Summary:

The Software Developer will be the technical expert for all issues related to compiler tasks in the Software development team for the CPM Toyota customer projects.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated focus on GNU compiling toolchain
  • Analyze defects in relation to toolchain, develop solutions to resolve them and ensure regressions are prevented
  • Design, develop and execute unit tests
  • Check in source code, metric records and test results into configuration management system


Basic Qualifications:

  • University degree in engineering (Electrical engineering, Information Technology or appropriate graduation or technician)
  • Excellent skills in GNU compiling tools
  • Knowledge about code metrics and usage of relevant tools
  • Configuration management rules and tools
  • Technical and commercial English fluently


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in automotive software projects acting as SW engineer
  • Embedded software know how
  • Understanding of SW architecture
  • High sense of responsibility, can work independently
  • Ability to analyze, to communicate and to present
  • Proactivity and good communication skills
