Market Integration Manager (m/f)

Position Summary:
In this role you will nurture, develop and grow our car audio partnership with Toyota/Lexus in Europe.  You will be responsible to ensure both new product launches hit the market with an enormous impact and also work with our customers to see that the continued sales bring the most value to everyone involved.
To be successful, you will need to continuously strengthen the collaboration with our partners in the national markets in order to bring the excitement, emotion and passion that Harman’s Brands provide to the Automotive space.  This will be done through co-marketing initiatives, incentive campaigns, training, communication support and a host of other avenues.  The only thing to hold you back will be your imagination.
Your efforts will be directly visible to the market and touch many people throughout Europe.  Success will be measured by the impact you have on both our business and our customer’s profitability.  

Job Responsibilities:
•    Develop a deep understanding of the OEM specific go-to-market approach for existing awarded business to be able to create strategic plans that promote our joint agenda. e.g. Increase the volume by a broader trim level access (Harman sound system would be available in more trim level and not only in premium)
•    Support marketing strategy development and execution with our customer Toyota
•    Acquire deep understanding of assigned markets’ requirements and dynamics. Gather and analyze market related information, data and studies
•    Work with and influence various key functions across multiple levels of the OEM national market organization. There will be collaboration with product planning, Sales & Marketing, regional executive staff which are important to take decision about our products
•    Execute new Car Audio growth strategies focused on maximizing sales starting from the time new business is awarded
•    Develop ideas for creating disruptive and out-of-the-box ideas to help deliver revenue growth via driving sell-through. Pitching own ideas to the customer and seeking approval and support for programs from the customer
•    Lead program management function for these programs. Develop detailed project plans, including campaign goals, disruptive ideas, action plans and success metrics for all the programs
•    Collaborate with Marketing Car Audio to develop co-marketing initiatives to support the customer
•    Support organization and execution of customer marketing events on pan-European and regional levels 
•    Support development of sales tools on pan-European and regional levels 
•    Identify and share Sales growth best practices with other CBUs and Regions
•    Focus: Toyota/Lexus
•    Key Markets: Europe + Israel & Turkey

•    5+ years of relevant work experience in Sales & Marketing,  business development or demand generation marketing
•    Experience designing and executing joint plans with strategic alliance partners with an international footprint
•    Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
•    Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging international environments of a rapidly evolving business
•    Leadership experience with a diversified international team
•    Multicultural, good command of at least 2 European mainstream languages
•    Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
•    Very strong written and verbal communication skills with an innate attention to detail
•    Strong project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
•    Experience in working with an automotive OEM environment 
•    Able to leverage exiting OEM knowledge and relationship in a new supplier set up
•    Results-Driven:  Having a proactive, goal-oriented approach to decision making.
•    Demonstrates a proactive and collaborative approach to troubleshooting and problem solving.
•    Capable of handling multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.
