Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to support the Global Engineering Tools (GET) team in the area of project management tools in the Connected Car division.
  • Administration of the Engineering Tool Suite with regards to project planning and document management.
  • Support the global Service Desk (level 1 and 2) for
    • Project Management
    • Document Management
    • Support the roll-out of new processes, rules and configurations
    • Execute User Training on site or via Webex
    • Create training material
  • Coordinate and harmonize efforts in alignment with GET tool strategy
  • Plan, coordinate and establish solutions and new functionalities in a self-managed manner
  • Being the 1st contact for the Indian and US organization for this area.

 

 

Skills and requirements:

 

  • Education:  Bachelor in an Engineering discipline, Quality, IT, Computer Engineering, SW-Development
  • 6+ years of experience with Project Management and Document Management Tools, e.g. IBM Rational DNG, RTC; MS Sharepoint 2016; Windchill ProjectLink; MS Project Server, etc.
  • Very Good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Experience to work as administrator and as (internal) customer support
  • Team Player with structured and logical thinking
  • Basic SQL Database Knowledge
  • Ability to understand business processes and to translate into IT procedures
  • Ability to write clear & concise specifications, documentation & methodologies
  • collaborate with internal and external (3rd party vendor) contacts
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very customer oriented mindset
  • Open for changes
