Role

The Order Management executive has the responsibility to manage dealer/distributor orders on a daily basis. They are the key link in communication with our customers for order/inventory questions. The individual works closely with our 3PL to ensure that every order is processed and delivered on time.  This role will also be responsible for demand planning, to create and maintain forecast information from Sales.  Role involves working with Vendors - domestic & Overseas for procurement and rolling demand forecasting.

 

A strong business acumen, basic accounting skills and the ability to reason through ever changing scenarios are necessities for this position. Taking the initiative, strong math skills, and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen are also essential for success in this position. The candidate must work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company's high growth rate.

 

 

Essential Responsibilities :

 

  • Sales Orders processing and Invoicing in SAP
  • PR / PO processing
  • Develop demand forecasts
  • NPI Tracking and update
  • Order Pipeline Management with Supply Planners as per Customer expectation
  • SOX & other compliance documentation
  • Inventory management through 3PL

 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years experience in Order Management & Demand planning
  • Experience in Warehousing & Inventory Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in SAP MM module
  • Experience in Material Requirement Planning
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solver.
  • Time management skills.
  •  

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time
  • Willingness to work in an office in Bangalore
  • Willingness to submit to a background screen and a drug test
