Defect Triage - LBS

Role: Defect Triage Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for tracking, reporting and customer alignment of defects mainly in area of software but not limited to
  • Reports to Customer Product Manager (CPM) and acts on behalf of CPM as responsible project leader defect tracking
  • Coordinates and tracks defect reduction together with CPM/Technical Product Owner (TPO)/Scrum Master (SM)
  • Close cooperation with CPM’s, TPO’s, SM’s, Developers & Test Engineers
  • Participation and active communication in customer alignment meetings w/t to defect status, reduction planning and prioritization
  • Planning and steering of defect reduction plans through all Navigation sub-domain areas with focus on software
  • Defect reporting (internally/externally)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or similar education
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in project or line management (team size > 7-9 project or team members)
  • Knowledge
  • Experience in SW development is recommended
  • Sound understanding of SW-development and architecture with Agile methodologies
  • Self motivated, result driven individual, must be passionate about the work
  • High sense of responsibility, commitment, can work independently in the area of defect reduction planning and tracking
  • Ability to analyse, to communicate and to present
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
