Supply Chain Analyst (fulltime)


We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for all of the operational Supply Chain activities for our Harman Lifestyle Consumer Audio business across EMEA.



Job Responsibilities:

This position divides in two main tasks relating to Warehousing & Distribution:

  • Coordinating outbound flow & distribution flow
  • Coordinating irregular warehousing activities
  • 3PL evaluation and claiming
  • Carrier evaluation and claiming
  • Follow-up on inaccurate deliveries
  • Provide management information
  • Marketing logistics support
  • material data accuracy control
  • Follow-up on return deliveries
  • Stock control (back up activity)
  • Carrier invoice auditing


And, Project Management:

  • Executes assigned projects
  • Monitors departmental projects  
  • Shipment accuracy
  • Pick accuracy
  • On time delivery to customer
  • Initiates and implements improvement supply chain projects
  • Progress and quality of projects



Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years work experience as Supply Planner or Supply Chain Analyst
  • Bachelor’s Degree in the field of logistics e.g. supply chain management
  • Candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Experience with SAP is highly preferable
  • Experience with MS office suite, especially excel
  • Competencies: Independent, results driven and accurate
