Due to the rapid growth and success of the Consumer Audio division our team is expanding!  We are searching for a Marketing Communications Manager based in our EMEA HQ in Amsterdam.  The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Director Marketing, Lifestyle Audio based in the US and will support the Regional Marketing Team by building out the portfolio of product launch materials, collateral and assets for outbound product marketing activities for all Lifestyle consumer products. Our objective is to establish a market leadership position in consumer audio products such as Smart Audio solutions, Connected Home Products, Headphones, Luxury Audio Products and Aftermaket, Marine and Powersports Audio products.


New Product Introductions Assets

Develop and deliver comprehensive toolkit of support materials for new product introductions using both internal and external resources including:

  • Product and Lifestyle Photography
  • Product, Lifestyle and How-To videos


Product Presentation Decks  

  • Bi-annually develop a full product presentation deck for use by our sales organizations for the purpose of sell-in, sell-thru and product education.


Partner with Regional Marketing Teams and Category Leads

  • Partner with Brand and Category Management on development of messaging and content for outbound marketing
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing teams to support development of product pages, landing pages and promotional communication with assets from NPI development.  
  • Develop incremental materials where appropriate to assist regional marketing teams in delivery of their regional 360-degree marketing plans for key NPI’s
  • Support ad hoc regional requests for translations of product videos, product photography and other NPI team created assets


Tracking, Reporting and Budget Maintenance

  • Manage and track all development
  • Maintain real-time budget tracking of all expenditures and due diligence to stay on budget
  • Manage and maintain asset photography and talent expirations
  • Work collaboratively with product managers and regional marketing managers to ensure their needs and delivery deadlines are met.
  • Manage and track all product samples including photography, videos and other assets.


Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years consumer marketing experience
  • Prior experience in a large, multinational organization or advertising agency
  • Strong project management skills
  • Consumer Electronics experience is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business related field.
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all level
