About the Role:

In this role you will be responsible for providing leadership to the assigned, critical, and complex workstreams by utilizing Business Transformation or Performance Improvement practices. You will partner with Line leaders / Functional leaders to achieve transformative performance by driving improvement strategies and pushing those actions to results.

You will be leading or supporting key strategic initiatives as Program/ Project Manager - Shape aspirations, developing initiatives, and leading end-to-end execution to deliver superior results for the division.

What You Will Do:

  • Champion, Implement Performance management rigor within assigned functions or businesses.
  • Work collaboratively with the functions / Business / External consultants to design, execute and lead teams through organizational change to drive short, medium, and long-term value.
  • Lead in-depth review focusing on identifying full potential, target setting, action/measure tracking, and gap closure to benchmark.
  • Coach teams in developing rigorous and locked-down business cases, project milestones & timelines.
  • Drive initiative implementation and guide each to fast and pragmatic execution.
  • Infuse a sense of urgency and establish where to focus (Initiatives, deep dives)
  • Hold the team accountable for the results - Bring Clarity, Transparency, and Insights to drive effective decision-making and course correction.
  • Act as a sparring partner for the peer leaders to increase speed to impact by challenging the status quo, breaking down functional silos, relentless prioritization, and faster execution.
  • Assist in the SAP S/4 Hana system implementation.  Requiring collaboration amongst business stake holders, global process owners and subject matter experts to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Provide divisional insight to Global Process Owners to support development of end-to-end process and governance.
  • Support change management efforts to drive high-performance culture and coach team members on transformation behaviors and mindset change.
  • Ensures connectivity across the workstream to leverage best practices and Knowledge sharing.

What You Need:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other business management discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in any of the areas – relevant Business, Finance, Accounting, System implementation or Business Project management.
  • Experience managing and leading large-scale improvement efforts to completion.
  • Strong analytic skills – structured thinker, problem solver which strives for continuous improvement.
  • Strong financial acumen that can effectively partner with a broad range of stakeholders to drive performance, mindset, and behaviors.
  • Impactful communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.

What is Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge in ERP systems: SAP.
  • MBA or CPA a plus.
  • Certification of Lean Six Sigma or any Improvement methodology.

  • Be willing to travel up to 10%, international travel.
  • Be willing to work in an office in Northridge, CA (Hybrid).

Pay Transparency
USD 122,250 - USD 179,300

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
