Essential Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development of software for automotive customers
• Design, implement and validate software applications for infotainment systems
• Work with a geographically distributed team
• Work closely with OEMs and suppliers to resolve outstanding issues
• Function as part of a specialized project team or independently
• Be able to be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Ability to travel within the US and to Europe and Asia

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree- Masters Preferred, EE, CPR E, CPR SCI
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with vehicle communication networks. Most a plus.
• Experience with Real-Time Operating Systems
• Experience with debuggers, scopes, and signal generators
• Expert in C++ software development
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desired Characteristics:
Candidate needs to be hard working, self motivated, have the desire to learn, and ability to communicate effectively (very important as he/she will likely be communicating in English with non-native English speakers). Candidate must be self directed, analytical and detail oriented.
