Essential Responsibilities:
• Maintain an understanding of target market applications.
• Responsible for management of $100M in material groups/product lines comprising the Portable PA Vertical Market.
• Major new product development program responsibility for programs with $10M to $20M sales potential.
• Meet corporate goals and objectives.
• Manage segment expense budget.
• Conduct market research on market conditions, competitive activity and market size.
• Identify and quantify opportunities for new products in the Portable PA market segments.
• Lead the development of new product programs.
• Plan and execute product launch events and activities.
• Participate in the planning of promotional materials including advertisements.
• Participate in the planning and execution of industry trade shows.
• Establish and develop relationships with key customers.
• Drive the communication of Portable PA activities internally and to the market.
• Complete other related duties as required by the Vice President of Marketing.
• Attend department staff meetings and Directors’ meetings.
Basic Qualifications:
• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
• One needs at least 5 years experience working in this discipline or in a related area.
