Essential Responsibilities:
Deliver brand (Soundcraft and Studer) marketing programs.
Define and deliver local initiatives to build profile and increase business for Soundcraft and Studer across the US markets.
Definition, budgeting, delivery, measurement and management against agreed business objectives.
Deliver programs into the following target markets: Recording and broadcast sectors; tour sound; installed sound / contracting (specifically theater and house of worship applications; and analogue live and PPA range.
Work across all brands to deliver agreed trade shows.
Manage US-centric web presence.
Research market and feedback trends and product needs to Product Management and liaise with sales channel.
Establish close working relationships with strategic accounts, e.g., GC, MF etc., and US rep firms.
Liaise with industry press and PR firm on US releases.
Manage marketing suppliers for design, promotions, merchandise, etc.
Liaise with other Harman Pro brands to best leverage resources and brand values to the benefit of the group.
Provide hands on contribution to locally deliverable collaterals, including development of written, presentation and electronic media.
Manage product collateral inventory for sales channel.
Manage within budgetary guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in a professional marketing role essential.
Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or marketing communications.
Pro-audio industry experience.
Customer oriented.
Highly team and goal oriented.
Proven project management skills.
Familiar with the needs of the sales channel.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation communications skills.
Results and deadline-driven.
Ability to conceptualize.
